Use the email address and password you registered with. If you signed in with Discord before, use “Forgot your password” to set one.
An account here is just a login. After you sign in you link your Discord account once, and the terminal checks your role in the Inner Circle server. That check is repeated periodically, so if your role changes in Discord the terminal follows.
